Complete QiGong Moving Meditation Online Series
This seminar will teach participants a longer series of movements that, when combined with proper breathing, release tension and open up many areas of the body to increase circulation and energy. The Series includes 3 one-hour live online lessons so that you can get input from the Instructor, allowing you to fully learn and absorb the complete Moving Meditation Series. Practicing these movements will relieve stress, open energy channels, clear and focus the mind, and improve your condition for the rest of your life.
Beginning Level (Series One): Sundays 11am to noon, May 17, 24, 31 Cost $49.99
Series 2 – For those who have taken the first Series, these seminars will go into a deeper understanding of the movements, build lower body strength with foundation movement, and teach advanced meditation technique. These will enhance the benefits you can gain from this practice. Saturdays April 25, May 2 and 9th, 1 to 2pm. Cost $49.99
