Oom Yung Doe is Traditional Martial Art training. Oom Yung Doe means “mind – body – harmony through practice”. We offer one of the fastest ways to achieve the incredible mental strength and physical abilities of true Traditional Moo Doe (Martial Art).
Training is completely balanced and can benefit individuals of all ages. You will build strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination. Energy, vitality and longevity can all be increased through training. Mentally, you will improve your focus, self-discipline, and patience. You can develop a greater feeling of calmness and confidence. Self-defense training enables you to feel more confident and secure. Oom Yung Doe been teaching in Pittsburgh since 1992 and in the USA since 1972. We offer a variety of training options. Our student base is comprised of positive individuals who are interested in reaching their fullest potential through Traditional Martial Arts training.
